Connection Lost ps5 NFS
Hello. About 2 weeks ago I was disconnected from online play stating;
connection lost
a network error has occurred. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional info. This is now continually happening after clicking go online and entering online lobbies. For months I haven’t had any issues with this until recently but now it’s unplayable. I can enter the lobby for less than 5 minutes each time before this repeatedly happens.
I have tried every available fix from port forwarding to rebuilding my ps5 data base. I have reinstalled the game twice, updated my router and tried all available posted solutions to absolutely no avail. What’s the situation here? I don’t know how this cannot be game related as nothing to do with my ISP has changed in the last few months until now when I have been trying to resolve. Any advice that hasn’t been shared 100s of times would be really appreciated.
Hi @MooChowChow To check is there a separate account we can test to see if it can connect or possibly another network to connect your device to in order to see if the error continues?
