Constant crash. Please Help

Summarize your bug I bought the game yesterday on Steam. But I couldn't start the game even though I tried hundreds of times. It constantly crashes during loading after the main menu. This is very frustrating please help. Ryzen 5 5600 / Rx6400 / 16 GB Ram / Win11 Pro 2H22
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you run the game and select the career mode from the main menu, it seems to open and kicks you out of the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? returns to desktop
What do you expect to see? start the game
