Controller Mapping makes the game unplayable

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start the game with ps4 controller plugged in
What happens when the bug occurs? ABYX become directional inputs, other keys get remapped as well (L2 / R2 as X / 0)
What do you expect to see? A way to actually play the game that I purchased for 70€

So as already said every time i start the game i cant play it due to the inputs being completely switched around. I tried several things (XBOX Controller; reinstalling the game; RESETTING the pc; repairing the game; starting with controller unplugged, then plugging it in) but nothing seems to work. Does anybody know how to fix the game?
