EA App can't sees friend game

Question

My friend bought to me game Need for Speed Deluxe edition 2016. After downloading we both were create accounts on EA platform. From the first time we connected to each others in one session in the game using in-game invite functionallity.

I prefer to change my Nickname and EA ID to human readable version. After that we can't find each other in the game at all. We are friends on EA platform (in EA App), we can see each other scores in game, but CAN'T PLAY TOGATHER in any way.

We both have this game in Steam, we both have this game in EA App, we both can play in it, we both can see each other scores, we are friends in Steam and EA App, we both have linked Steam account with ours EA cloud accounts, we both can't see Need for Speed game in EA App, and can't play together after changing EA ID (or it can be any other reason, I'm not sure).

Hello. Im currently having similar issue with my friend. But it is not related to changing ID, we didn`t change it.
Approximately a month ago everything was fine but then the game stopped showing us Online to each other in the game. Though sometimes it did, and rarely my friend was able to invite me through crew while I had a loading screen into Alldrive Play mode. Now even that is not possible. Clearing cache, removing/adding each other in friends didn`t help.
We also see each other in "My NFS" menu in progress, even with online status, but option "Join player" is disabled.
Also, using free slot in Crew menu opens EA Overlay, but there are NO button to invite my friend, only our chat.
