Error code F03

I can’t even buy or download the speed pass

U guy’s need to fix the need for speed update there are so many people who purchased the 30th anniversary pack who don’t got the volume 9 speed pass and who can’t load up online because of the error code F03 inventory problem 

I stg I bought the ultimate upgrade and the game broke completely I can't load into online play it continously keeps * hitting me with inventory cant be loaded which makes no freaking sense someone please freaking help because I'm really bouta crashout * got me so heated was so happy to hop on the new freaking volume collect rewards and play the game and becuase I bought ultimate upgrade now I you can't load my inventory I already owned a good portion of stuff already I just bought it so I could have all the rest without buying separately and it breaks my game really appreciate some darn help cuz I'm losing it xbox btw been like this since drop 

Happened to me as well, and I was also pretty mad too and confused. But I did some testing and if you un-install all the catch-up packs and the Vol.8 Speed pass it fixes it.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This bug happens when you have any of the Vol3 to Vol7 catch-up packs and the Vol8 Premium Speed Pass installed.
What happens when the bug occurs? When this bug happens you cannot apply any customisation, cannot apply paint jobs, cannot sell cars and cannot load into freeroam sessions.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see this addressed in some way because I have seen a bunch of people have the same issue and I would hate to see them lose the excitment for the new update the same way I almost did.

I have seen a lot of people on here and on Xbox have the error code 'F03'. But I have found a fix on Xbox at least. If you go to the home screen, press start on NFS Unbound then go into 'manage games and add-ons', then press A and go ahead and un-install catch-up packs for Vol.3, Vol.4, Vol.5, Vol.6, Vol.7 and lastly the Vol.8 Premium Speed Pass, something with the latest update must've made them bugged or something. But if you've done that you should be able to load into Online and into a Freeroam session.

p.s. I don't know if PC or Playstation has the same issue and I wouldn't know how to fix it 

My game worked fine, i own every single catch-up pack, season pass, all

the things, I bought the new ultimate collection upgrade last night which included the new season 9 and a few other things, played for a few hours then went to bed now it gives me the whole fun “failed to load inventory” error… I’ve tried reinstalling, doesn’t work, I found a comment that said they reinstalled all the dlc piece by piece and loaded up after ever single individual dlc install to make sure it works and I did that and found out that the volume 6 dynamic catch pack, volume 7 dynamic catch up pack, and the volume 8 premium speed pass are what’s giving me the error, now technically I COULD just not have them installed and my game would work but I paid good money for that content and it’s breaking my game, what can I do to fix this? I’m on xbox series s

Anyone else having issues with vol. 9 I keep getting a F03 error code I tired uninstalling and reinstalling I waited 2 days and nothing still pops up. Started when the update dropped I bought the ultimate collector collection and speed pass and it won’t let me do anything
