To confirm you're getting both error codes FTCL5001 and F03? If so you might want to check out our larger threads;

NFS Unbound - error code "FTCL50001"

Inventory could not be loaded - Error F03

For F03 we have a workaround that has helped other,

a temporary work around for this issue if you have any DLC/ Packs installed is to uninstall one of them, reload in and this should resync the inventory. Launch the game and go to free roam. If this works, then close off everything and install the DLC again and it should work from then on.

Found the issue with the inventory not loading in online causing the error f03 they gotta fix any packs after volume 6 every pack after causes this issue with the error code

I bought the ultimate edition and a couple days later I can’t join online free roam or purchase a car or upgrades without the error code appearing
