F03 Error Caused by Bugged Underground Drifter Mustang (Xbox Series S)"

Platform: Xbox Series S

Error: F03 when entering Online

Vehicle: Underground Drifter Mustang from Vol. 7 Premium Speed Pass DLC

Issue: Cannot sell vehicle, remove livery, or modify vehicle. Car glitches when driven.

Issue began after applying a livery/customization.

Troubleshooting tried: reinstall, reconnect, offline/online workaround, etc.

images I forgot to add to the post. the 1st image is the error code. The second one is the car. I tried to put a blue wrap over the pink glitched one and I got this.
