Same issue, but won the race by 0.02 seconds vs. the side bet opponent. See attached screenshot.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Close finish of the race, ~0.02 seconds (unsure of the actual threshold) difference between 1st and 2nd places with side bet racer in 2nd.
What happens when the bug occurs? Win the race by a close margin (~0.02 seconds) vs. side bet racer (finishes 2nd).
What do you expect to see? I expect to win both the race and side bet based on the final result times.
