Frame rates very low

Until yesterday, I had no issues with frame rate. However since today, I have about 2 frames per second, which is unplayable. I bought it over steam, so I tried verifying the game files and I restarted my computer, but so far nothing worked.

    You should reinstall your game and update your CPU and GPU drivers. I hope it helps.

    Unfortunately, it didn't help. I will check the hardware parts tomorrow, just to make sure.
