Game consistently crashes on xbox

I have been having consistent issues with a particular game. The game is Need for Speed Unbound. I pre ordered the game in november of 2022, and every single time I attempt to open the game, I get past the first home screen, then the little entry scene, but when clicking out of the entry scene, onto the main loading screen, it loads for no more than a couple seconds than immediately crashes. This has been happening for around a year and a half, I have been through every troubleshooting step and instruction to try and fix it, I have been on multiple calls where the service members have hung up on me, I have done multiple of these online conversations with microsoft members and absolutely nothing has worked. The microsoft members say the issue is not about the account, and is on the game. I have multiple hundreds of hours of progress in the game, and had just gotten the Bugatti Chiron Sport. The issue started the very next day.
