- Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
- In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
- Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
- Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Bluescreen issues are outside of the scope of support we provide here as they generally indicate an issue outside of our games.

I tried the steps you provided. It didn't change anything.
I want to ask again, is there no log file that could help diagnose the issue? There has to be a way to get some clues.
I see that not only I have this problem, it would be great if you could engage in this matter.
