I was having problems with constant crashes and occasional bluescreens as well, I did find that going to Nvdia Control Panel then selecting "3D Settings", "Adjust image settings with preview" and then moving the slider all the way over to performance mode made the game significantly more stable. It has still crashed a couple times since then but the game is a lot more playable now.
I have set my max FPS for the Game to 60 FPS in Nvidia Control Panel. It hasnt crash for me since then

Hey Everyone,
If you are still running into crashing after Vol 6 would it be possible to get the following informaiton?
- Which client do you play from?
- Do you get an error message before/after the crash?
- Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
- How long are you playing until this happens?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
Thanks!

I set the max fps to 60 in nvidia control, it worked for a while and then if I play too long it still crashes. Does not happen for any other game.
EA App
There is no error message before crash. The screen freezes and then the game closes.
I only play story mode.
Game crashes under 1hr mark.
Removed cache files, repaired game files, as well as performed any other steps mentioned above.

Hello,
I play from the Steam client. I don't get any message from the crash. It is not specific to any action. Just playing in a PVP match.
I did the things recommended by the people above in the Nvidia Control Panel(60FPS max and performance mode) and tried to record the crash, but after almost 1.5 hours of playing, I got no crash. It probably made the game less susceptible to crashes, I believe the problem still is in the client after an update.
I will reply to this thread if I reencounter the crash or learn something new.

- Which client do you play from?
Typically Steam, but game is crashing from EA App as well
- Do you get an error message before/after the crash?
No, game freezes and then closes with no error message
- Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
Can happen at any time, have experienced crashes while driving to races in story mode, participating in races in story mode, and one time while immediately after launching story mode while I was still in the garage menu
- How long are you playing until this happens?
Varies, between 30 seconds and 5 minutes lately
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
Updating videocard and other drivers, PC reboots
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
DX Diag attached, just now opened an EA app error report but don't have an Error ID number yet.

Hey @HunterBullets009 @-xK1- @luki_plox
To confirm with everyone, you've also tried the following steps?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair or Install the VC++ files for your game (Guide here)
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
- Try a new user or admin account
Thanks!
