Game crashes in races everytime I play since VOL. 6

Hey Everyone, 

If you are still running into crashing after Vol 6 would it be possible to get the following informaiton?

  • Which client do you play from?
  • Do you get an error message before/after the crash?
  • Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
  • How long are you playing until this happens?
  • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

I set the max fps to 60 in nvidia control, it worked for a while and then if I play too long it still crashes. Does not happen for any other game.

EA App

There is no error message before crash. The screen freezes and then the game closes. 

I only play story mode.

Game crashes under 1hr mark.

Removed cache files, repaired game files, as well as performed any other steps mentioned above.

      also, as earlier mentioned this is not happening for other games including bf2042

        Thanks to everyone that has provide information to the team so far!

        We continue looking into these reports, however I wanted to check if anyone can remember the exact buttons pressed before the game crashes and if its the same order each time?

        The team continue to work on looking into this and testing this issue.
