Game crashing wheb character creation and first race on xbox x

Game is crashing I've tried hard reset on Xbox and everything even delete and re-download game still getting same results crashes 

technical issues

    @mfillwill Can we try getting off the insider build to the latest stable version and check if this continues?

    Hi @mfillwill Can we start by running through the following?

    • Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume) 
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
    • Check for updates 
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

    @mfillwill Thanks for running through those steps, to check are you on an insider build on the Xbox?
