Ok, so you're not intel. A lot of 13th and 14th gen intel CPUs have had issues with this game. After months, the only thing that fixed for me was a BIOS update and turning down the overclock on my CPU by selecting an Intel "default" profile (as opposed to the mobo manufacturer's default profiles which are actually overclock values).
My only suggestion if you've tried all software fixes is look at your BIOS. See if an update is available and flash your mobo. It can work. It helped me.

@Mavark Also, have you tried using a backup save file?
It seems as though the volume 7 update corrupted many users save files (including me) and the only fix was to use a backup save file or delete the save file and start over. In case you're not in the habit of backing up your save files (understandable), then check your recycle bin, OneDrive or "return to previous file version" by right clicking your save game folder in My Documents.
