Golf GTI (clubsport) no driving effect smoke

Hi there sorry for the late response.

So asking me if changing effects does anything implies my description of the issue wasn't read?

I have applied over 10 different effects. I've had this issue since vol.3 iirc, I even remember re-downloading the game at one point. I sold the car and bought a new one twice, and even modified it again without applying my custom wrap just in case.

I have now done safe mode restore license and clear system cache as suggested.

But I'm still suffering from this issue, I'm guessing I'm either the only one who has it or the only one who cares? I've been searching for this issue for months now and still don't see anyone having it.

I just don't understand why in the garage the effects works fine but once I'm out driving it doesn't? Game bugs eh.

I'm slowly accepting that this will probably never be fixed as it is not a priority at the end of the day, i understand there are more important issues. So I'm not bitter just a little annoyed/disappointed. I honestly am out of solutions at this point. But anyways thank you for the response!
