Graphic Settings Options are Locked

I have recently bought the game and has quickly become unplayable due to frame drops. Some options are locked. See Google Drive Link

My specs:

Ryzen 7 5800x

4060ti

32gb RAM

I think I should be able to play this game okay with what I have. I only game at 1080p btw.

There is a small probability you have your display connected to the wrong port.

Check your display is connected to your video card/GPU and not the motherboard video output.

Check that your video drivers are up to date too.

100% sure i'm connected to my gpu port. and drivers are up to date.
