Hardest website to navigate!

Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug Jumping through hoops only to get no where with EA, it's like they know there products are full of bugs,and they don't want to hear why you are mad for spending 60 dollars on the game,grinding...only to get thrown a bunch of issues and no one at EA cares,they want its customers to "TALK" about how to fix it by the same generic methods used on all Platforms...
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS A WAY TO YOU! ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM YOU SOLD A GOOD THAT ISNT ALWAYS GOOD.WE DIDNT HESITATE TO PAY FOR THE GAME,DONT HESITATE TO FIX IT
What happens when the bug occurs? It remains unchanged cause we don't have a voice
What do you expect to see? EA to give us an EASY way to report our issues with a product we paid for

Fix the bugs...screen freezing up and it's not my internet cause it sends reports that go unnoticed by ea...the money lost and no parts .....there's 2 worth fixing right away
