I cant start NFS Unbound on Steam!

Anyway somehow today two games appear on my collection. So case closed thank you...

I have recently bought Need For Speed : Unbound from steam however I have a problem I launch the game through steam it opens the EA app and always says "You don't have access"  , "This title may have been downloaded by another user who owns the game. Log in to another account or restart the app to try again". I've tried absolutely EVERYTHING I searched up ways to resolve this issue and tried it (which didn't work), This is my last hope I didn't buy a game just to refund it, I want to play it, also if I posted this in the wrong section please let me know, because I have no idea where to put this.

I made to sure link my steam to EA accounts like it said. It wont work and I keep getting this error.

So it just randomly appeared after months of waiting?  there wasn't anything that happened to cause it to appear?

I purchased this game during the steam black Friday sale and decided to try running it.  Whenever I do it tells me "this title may be been downloaded to your device by another use who owns the game.  Log in to a different account of restart the app to try again."  Restarting the app didn't work the 4 times I tried it, and unlinking and relinking my steam account didn't fix the problem either.  I have had the account linked for at least a year (probably 3 I just can't remember exactly) and this is infuriating.  Are there any quick fixes to this or should I just refund the game?
