I'm at the end of my rope...

[UPDATE] Spoke to another 2 reps via the web chat just moments ago. Told me the same crap 2 days ago about "passing it on to the relevant team", and whilst I was exclaiming that that wasn't good enough and I wanted to know the name of the department who would be working on it the chat was suddenly closed. Case remains with status: No fix available. 

EA are happy with just shutting out one of their players and say, oh well.

I play on Xbox Cloud and I've had the issues shown in the video attached for a week. No access to bought dlc, not being able to update character, and kicked to the main menu when I try and enter any game. All the solutions I've found are for Consoles and PC, not for Xbox Cloud Gaming. I went to EA and after 5 days I finally spoke to a person, well 3 persons on a web chat, but the third guy told me that they'll pass it on to their dev team, but CANNOT guarantee that the problem will ever be fixed, will not be contacting me about the issue again, and closed my case without giving any solution. Basically, at one point, telling me that I can't play my favourite game again without buying a console even though the game remains on Xbox Cloud, is advertised to play on it and I have used it without fault for 2 years. No offer of compensation or even an apology that a game I love is now broken on my chosen (the one I can afford because I'm poor) platform.

This ain't right. I've reported the issue to Xbox but to silence and indifference, much like how they are acting with their achievements breaking. No one is getting back to me at all. No one seems to care. So this is the last place I can go for some solutions. 

Firstly, does anyone else play via Xbox Cloud gaming, and if you do have you faced this? Can anyone offer me any advice or solace? I love this game, play it almost everyday. Losing this, and not being able to unlock ANY achievements on Assassins creed ezio collection have made me rethink being an Xbox customer after 18 years, and be disgusted by EA customer "support" for providing none. 

WHAT I HAVE ALREADY TRIED:

Taking out my ethernet cable and plugging back in whilst in the game main menu but before going online.

Taking out my ethernet cable and plugging back in whilst the game is loading online files.

Taking out my ethernet cable and plugging it back in whilst it attempts to add me to free roam, lock down and PVP. 

(Via Xbox Cloud Browser) deleting reserve memory space and resyncing game saves with the Xbox network.

And as said in the above memoir, "My life as a poor Xbox user: Cry of the forgotten proletariat - All I Wanna Do is Skrt Skrt Skrt", I contacted EA and was told to go plopp myself.
