It just opens and closes the EA App

Hey, I'm having some serious issues with the game. I just purchased the gam from Steam and it doesn't start at all. and I did try the PcDx12 file fix. Nothing works. It just acts like it is startin...

@EA_Illium i open the sims game, EA app opens up the launching tab, then it shuts down
