can you help me fix it it doesnt launch all it does it starts to load like in steam and then i get ea up then nothing happens it just stopes and then it says a green play button again and i tryed to launch it in ea and it still doesnt work and i ahve verified files and i have put everything to run in admin and the same issue is there and i get no error code

Can we try the following when you have a moment?
- Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
