@79Sıkıştırmak The slow motion problem is usually caused by the CPU overheating and slowing down. Has the thermal maintenance of your device been done? How many MHz does the processor drop to when operating at 90%? If the turbo is shutting down due to heat, this could be it.

@2smokeTM Well, for laptop users that means we've been sent to hell.

Laptops, as you might know, have thermal issues by default. So... :c

  Unfortunately, it is, but there is another thing: While some processors cut off power very quickly, some do not. For example, I have a laptop with 10300h 1650ti 32g ram. I can play at 1080p medium settings without any problems. Even though the processor reaches 92 degrees, it can still run at 4200mhz. It occasionally drops to 3700mhz, but after 2-3 seconds it fire up again.
  
  I wonder if this problem occurs on newer model laptops.
