i noticed that the linkup events might be depends on the server. i was finally able to find 1 server with linkup events in it without getting into party. but after i left the server, i can't find a linkup events anymore.
meanwhile my friend who lives in america is able to find linkup most of the times. it seems that if you are living in asia it will be hard to find a server with linkup events in it and that just my random guess ofc lol.
I think it really does depend on the server. I'm in Australia and I've seen maybe 5-6 link-ups and about the same for boosted events now all up since the launch of Vol 4 and my last reply, where as those in the states are seeing the every day. And I'm on playing almost every day for a couple of hours at least. I hope a fix is done asap.
It does appear to be a regional issue. I'm also from Australia and haven't been getting linkups at all for several weeks, so I tried using a VPN and connected to a US network. Found a linkup immediately once I connected to the US servers.
