Loss access to DLC, can't progress, can't buy in game items.

Quick update, I tried contacted EA help again and have been informed that this is a known issue, and other players have been facing the same situation, and that a team is working on fixing the issue. Therefor I would like to retract my pervious statement that "EA help have done nothing to help me".

If your issue does no get fixed in 7 days, you should contact EA support again. Sometimes you just have to be persistent with support.

I purchased both vol 7 catch up pack and ford mustang dark horse on XBOX series S and when I load the game it doesn't seem to load any of my content can I please have some help on this 

So I've just gone to resume my case and the contact option is gone. So now I cant contact support.
