Loss access to DLC, can't progress, can't buy in game items.

I'm on Xbox series X.

I bought the primum speed pass for volume 8, got the 959 and used it for quite some time in game before it randomly disappeared from my garage. While trying to fix that issue, two more appeared; I'm unable to buy any performance or visual mods for any cars, and I'm unable to progress pass Monday night of week 4.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and all add on's I own twice now. I've also tried contacting EA Help but they have done nothing to help me.

  • Quick update, I tried contacted EA help again and have been informed that this is a known issue, and other players have been facing the same situation, and that a team is working on fixing the issue. Therefor I would like to retract my pervious statement that "EA help have done nothing to help me".

    Hello @J-wolf127389,

    If your issue does no get fixed in 7 days, you should contact EA support again. Sometimes you just have to be persistent with support.

  • I purchased both vol 7 catch up pack and ford mustang dark horse on XBOX series S and when I load the game it doesn't seem to load any of my content can I please have some help on this 

  • So I've just gone to resume my case and the contact option is gone. So now I cant contact support.
