lost game progress

Question

Hello, I have lost game progress in NFS Unbound. Have no idea what happened.

Upon loading the game today, it seems I lost a lot pf progress with all banners and other items are need to be replayed.

All Blacklist cars missing in my garage with 13 of 15 already captured.

Please can the admins can revert back at least 24hrs save game file???

Are you getting an error message? No
Do you have Steam and the EA app clients currently installed? Yes
Do you own a copy of NFS Unbound or access the game via EA Play? purchased the copy from Steam
Please also share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID number

Hello&nbsp;@olebears,Unfortunately there is no way of restoring back story mode progress, this is a well know issue in NFS games.&nbsp;You will just have to start over again.Best regards,danisoff

Hello.. I don't mind the story mode reset. I just want to obtain and unlock what was unlocked in the multiplayer. 🙂It is annoying suddenly you lose progress by doing nothing.

Yeah. Seems also their chat support sucks as well. You even could not find the talk to assistant button
