This should have been now fixed as per the new Patch Notes.
The patch will be later released on EA app too.

Same problem...
It happens with the entire HUD in general.
-You can't see the speedometer or the nimimap.
-You can't see the icons above the police cars.
-You can't see the score in the drift events.
-The chat is not visible.
-And many more things related to sprites.
It's like going blind... It's extremely annoying and should be fixed as soon as possible.
If you use the nitro the HUD flashes for a moment like in the examples that I will put in the images.
I hope a dev sees this and does urgent maintenance.

I also have a GTX 1080 TI (OC & no power limit)
in conjunction with a ryzen 5800X3D with the identical problems with today's driver.
I have already reinstalled the game.
I play in 4K with FSR2 quality and all other settings at max @ 60 FPS+
