Summarize your bug After subscribing to EA Play to get the Multiplayer reward (NFS Most Wanted 2006 BMW), i did not receive the reward once i went into Lakeshore Online. I closed the game and restarted. As well as doing the same with my PC and nothing yet still. I contacted support and had a live chat who said i would have to make a bug report in the hopes that other people are having the same issue in order to receive my reward.

i have the game on Steam and first time i bought the monthly subscription was also on Steam - didn't work
i tried the second time, but on EA App and again - didn't work
there were no exclusive cars available for purchase in my dealership
Hi, just now looking up this issue.
I bought the Palace Edition on Steam and also have the EA Play subscription thanks to Game Pass Ultimate, and I even had the M3 GTR at one point (just to clarify, the cars DO GET GRANTED, but the Palace Edition cars are the ones that need to be purchased), but it's been months and I can't get the new EA Play rewards nor I can get my M3 GTR back, as the game doesn't recognize my subscription to the service.
Also, the game launching through the EA App should recognize the subscription and I am not willing to spend more money to subscribe again through Steam because I already have the subscription and even the launcher says I do.

Finished single player, got a ea play subscription on ea app but I didn't got the M3 GTR not even in the custom cars tab to purchase in multiplayer
I logged into my account several days ago and noticed that my Most Wanted BMW was missing along with several other cars that you earn from progression in the campaign that transfer over to your online account. One of those cars included the ASAP Rocky Mercedes. I’m also missing several cars that I earned too online and now it feels like I have to start over from scratch. Anyone else having this problem.

I flew off the server on the PS5 for the first time earlier, and then everything I had already built on my BMW was gone again, and I would even have to buy it again, the parts for tuning. Please fix this error

Same thing happened to me yesterday had major major issues connecting to servers over night kept booting me out games after I just joined very frustrating it seemed like it only affected me because I still saw others racing when I had trouble connecting to ea. now I get back on a day later my A class maybach is gone had it tuned just a little in S class now it’s completely gone along with the engine swap I did with it and now my character is butt naked with no clothes and the game refuses to let me put clothes on his back no matter how many times I try to put something on him the game just takes it back off. What did you guys do to the servers gosh can I have my clothes and my Maybach back please?😭
hey guys, i did the bmw m3 gtr legend edition quest in unbound, and bought an ea play subscription. I am currently using bmw m3 gtr in online mode. my question is; When my ea play subscription ends after 1 month, will my bmw m3 gtr go out of my garage? Do I need to renew my subscription? Or can I continue to use the bmw gtr3 m3 without renewing my subscription?
