Missing M3 GTR LE for Completing "Rockport Legends" contract

Summarize your bug The problem I encountered is that recently I have completed the "Rockport Legends" contract but did not receive the M3 GTR LE as the reward stated from the "How to Play" website and according to other players which have received it in both Multiplayer and Single player.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you extracted the last backlist car, the player should be awarded with that blacklist car ALONG with the M3 GTR LE(which is the same as the EA play exclusive but PERMENENTLY keep in your garage)
What happens when the bug occurs? After all the credit, rep, reward settled, no M3 GTR LE to be found in either the "My Ride" in Multiplayer and Story garage, not even in the jacked section in lockdown mode.
What do you expect to see? A PERMENENT M3 GTR LE for players to keep in both Story and Multiplayer Free Roam as promised on the website and according to other players whose game works fine with the reward.
I have completed the "Rockport Legends" contracts, 15/15. However, both the M3 GTR LE which are in my garage are stated as "EA Play Exclusive"(I got 1 for free from subscripting to EA play and another one from buying with the EA play, which means I did not get rewarded with any FREE M3 GTR LE). From the "How To Play" tab in Lockdown mode, the website stated that when a player completed the "Rockport Legends" contracts, will be rewarded with a "Pristine" M3 GTR LE for free in BOTH Multiplayer AND Single Player, I am afraid those two LE versions will be gone when my EA play subscription expires. Moreover, when I completed the contract, both my multiplayer, story and cop garage combined do not exceeds 200 cars.
@DancinwithDeath Good morning, this should be fixed with todays patch. let me know if you still are unable to use the M3
