Thanks for clarifying, can we have your friend try the following and then check if the weekly/dailies remain empty?
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for console updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In free run
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing
What do you expect to see? Nothing
Daily and weekly challenges won't show unless I'm online during the reset. If I log off and on again they disappear can't be completed.
- EA_IlliumHi @MezmerizedMonk, To confirm if you restart the game after they reset do they appear for you or do the stay empty?
- @EA_Illium me too, This problem for all people. Why u ask standart questions?
