The engine, steering, even gravity are at about half speed. It seems that the slomo triggers around one second after i start, because i get a normal looking kick at the starting line.What do you expect to see? And this is only in this mode. I have no idea what this is connected with, because my laptop is not weak in terms of characteristics.How often does the bug occur? having the same exact issue, playing hot pursuits is absolutely impossible because i can't perform in the cop round at all. game works just fine in the racer round though.

With fewer players the lag isn't too bad, but with more players the lag becomes horrible.

There is a lot of slowdown when you play the race as a cop, like a slow motion lag. The hot pursuit mode runs fine when you're the racer.
There is a huge fps spike

I agree. I have the same problem. For some reason, there is some kind of slowmo on cop cars, it is impossible to catch up with anyone.

@Krisha_Actually same issue, speedometer even reads 150 mph but im still getting passed like im not even moving, boost does nothing

I don't know why but the game runs slower as cop. Literally everybody is faster than me, cops go past me like I am in B class. As racer though the game runs completely fine. I hope there is a fix to this.

@DGKknife1101 yep, like i said, it's not that it FEELS like slow motion, it literally is slow motion. If you get air, you even fall slower.
