Need for speed Unbound isn't available in your region

Need for speed Unbound isn't available in your region
while every other game is available in my region
I'm EA play subscriber through Game pass Ultimate subscription And I can play every other game except for NFS Unbound
what's wrong with it

HI, @Cancelhim We can try making sure your account information for Xbox and EA is in line with where you are actually located. After try restarting your device and checking if you continue getting this message.

If so, this would indicate that the game would be unavailable to play where you are located.

I live in libya and my EA account region is libya
But the gamepass account region is turkey
I tried to change the region to usa in EA Account and it didn't work
my friend also has the same region settings as me in both accounts and it shows not available in your region too
while every other game is available including NFS Heat
I don't know if this helps but I share my gamepass ultimate account with my brother on xbox and nfs unbound is available on xbox store of the xbox series s
