Are you referring to error code F03/FOD with the 'Inventory could not be loaded' message?
If so, please give the following workaround a try if you haven't already:
- Launch the game and log in
- Disconnect your device from the internet
- Reconnect to the internet
- Make sure NFS Unbound is in offline mode
- Select 'Go back online'
If the above didn't work, please uninstall all add-on(s) and reinstall them one at a time.
