Need for Speed Unbound unable to start ps5

Just downloaded to start playing again after a long break on other games, to start on the next "season"... however it gets to the press x to start, and when you press x, you get a PS error box popup ...

    @EA_BarryNot trying to be rude but I dont even have a different account. I only log into mine. I have the platinum trophy.
