Need for Speed Unruly save lost

Today when opening Need for Speed in the computer unruly, the online save and offline save of the game are gone, and there is no prompt that the local save covers the cloud save, before the laptop played Need for Speed once but the save is not there, can you find the latest cloud save and replace my current empty save
