NFS Frozen Frames & Startup PC

Hi Criterion Team, 

Thanks for making this game, creating additional DLC & Lockdown. I appreciate you and your fine work.

Please note that use of CAPTIALS is done solely for emphasis. My tone of voice is respectful, and simply expressing some frustration.

NFS UNBOUND "RARELY WORKS" on PC.

90% of time it wont even start up...from within Steam. Have to manually launch EA app, and wait long time, before it shows game in library, to start NFS.

And when it does start, the frames FREEZE, making it impossible to race.

Frames freeze and game pauses for 4-8 seconds, the opponents have gained 400 meters or more, when game resumes. Then it keeps itnermittenly freezing, doing this repeatedly.

This happens 95% of the time I play.

(I've tried lowering graphics settings, lowering framerate, updating EA app, emptying cache, updating BIOS, system clean disk, defrag, re-installed NFS, even reinstalled Windows. But NFS unbound contrinues to run unacceptably. It is literally un-playable 95% of the time.)

I have NVIDIA RTX 4080, and NASA PC.

STEAM discussions (NFS UNBOUND) are daily filled with 'clients' complaining that the game does NOT even start-up for us.

The online community has rapidly diminished, and this game is dying. My steam friends have the same issues and problems, and we want to play, but cannot play.

Please patch this.

I've given this game great reviews, and bought numerous DLC packs.
But it is unplayable in the past 5 months.
