Hi, I feel you.. having the exact same problem with NFS HP. I think my problem is that I started the game with another EA account back in the day.
I started another autolog game(MW) which I never played. It worked. I then changed my ea account. I got the same error as in HP. Now I can switch back in 6 months to the other EA account. If it work, it is mandatory to use the exact same EA account/Mail address as u used the first time u started this game. The server side data will never be deleted by EA. So this will be the only option. If u cannot access the original EA account you are screwed I guess..
