NFS payback not connecting online

Having the same issue here, did u find away to fix it ??

This has been an issue for the third day now for me. I have cleared all cache, restart and cleared my router, changed the dns servers, and did Uninstall/reinstall of the game. Our internet speed is perfect. I have restored licensing as well. Nothing is working. It's states I have to log into my EA account t to play online. Then to go to ea.com/unable-to -connect for more information. Which tells me to do all the steps I already did. This is an EA issue. It's pretty clear the steps we hal all taken and the issue is the same as well. EA is not allowing us to log in to play online.

• What steps are you taking exactly when you are getting this issue? Do you launch the game and wait, or is there anything else that you're doing?
• What error message are you getting (if any)? Would you have a screenshot/picture available?
• If no error message, what is happening? An infinite loading? A freeze?
• Anything else you think may be useful for us to know.

Same issue on PS4. Unlinked and relinked my accounts and every thing. Started replaying it for the third time about two weeks ago and it has been extremely spotty, taking multiple reclicks to get it to finally connect, and never connecting on the first try or off the bat. I remember it wasn't even reliable a few years ago, but definitely never this bad. It exacerbated itself to yesterday when it took a good 45mins of starting and restarting and pausing and re-attempting every few mins. I'm not even attempting and have never played multiplayer — I just need to connect to load my **bleep** daily challenges, open shipments, and beat autologs. Today I can't get connected at all. If EA is cutting support for this server so they can shut it down sooner rather than later, they need to say something. Obviously there are issues that need to be addressed that have come to a head in the last 48hrs.

Im having that same problem but on ps5. Havent got it to work for 2 days now
