Trying to play online and I get the error code FTCL50001. Lobby could not be created

@eiseeu Did you find a fix for this!?I've been having this same exact thing on my ps5.When I enter online and start up in garage, I get the error code FTCL5001 unable to create lobby...so I just bypass it and click on play and find game...it just stays on the loading screen for a bit then kicks me back out to dashboard and says offline....freaking ridiculous!

Anybody know how to fix error code FTCL 5001because after the update all I get is the stupid FTCL5001 error code or I can’t creat a playing lobby . It just loads & id try everything for the console & nothing & of course no body at the tech department is answering & or helping us with this issue

@revs213Then you have too many cars, I had this error at the beginning too, because you get several cars through the speed pass and the game, 1 x in the story and 1 x in multiplayer, and the police cars, so I first deleted the 1 car in the story, then I got into multiplayer, and deleted the cars that I have but rarely use, and now everything works without errors.

I get both error codes FTCL5001 and code RJ3004, and when I try to find a lobby online, it will disconnect sending me to the menu 100% of the time. After following all troubleshooting tips and checking my internet(wired)

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to confirm if anyone is still seeing Error FTCL5001 or FRCL5007 after the most recent Volume 6 update?

I have a problem with 'Lakeshore Online', when I enter the garage I get the error 'FTCL5001', when I select 'find a lobby' the game loads, I hear police messages and after a while I am thrown to the offline main menu.

@EA_Barry I tried it, it didn't help, I saw one or two pieces of information on Google that the problem may lie in too large a collection of cars, I would like this information to be passed on to people from game development, the game is developing, the number of cars is increasing, perhaps soon there will be more people with this problem , Regards
