2 years agoHI @riceycivic Thanks for the update!
To check have you tried the following?
- Manage your downloadable content (DLC) on PlayStation
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
Cheers!

so far ive tried all of these things, except for wiring my connection and
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
none of the other things seemed to work, but i have a feeling theres something wrong with the game, not my connection

HI @riceycivic Thanks for the update, we're happy to pass what happening along to our team!
In the meanwhile, if you continue running into the error you can try the remaining steps and check if there are any changes.
Cheers!
- 2 years ago@EA_Illium hey... Vol 4 is out, and im back! i gave up before, after trying everything. i saw in the patch notes that there was a fix for an inventory issue, i thought i was in luck, but apparently not. would really love to play the game but im not going to start over after putting over 330 hours in thru vol2. has there been any workaround to fix this issue yet or............?
