I’m getting a purchase failed message whenever I try and buy a car, and an Error 9 message whenever I change a livery. The livery’s do not stay on vehicle

Hi, I have a question about the value 0 cars. I'd love to test it out, but you'll need a lot of credits (the Mc Laren F1 alone costs over 1 million) to get the cars back (assuming it works). Did you get them all back?
