Hey Everyone, 

With the volume 6 update, I wanted to check who may still be running into the "Purchase Failed" error in NFS Unbound. 

If you are please let us know the following:

  • Platform:
  • PSN ID/Gamertag:
  • Which modes does this happen in?
  • What was the last action you took before the error? (purchased a car, played a race, etc)
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

I am getting this error still! And I also cannot play in free roam! It keeps kicking me back to main menu!

  • Platform: PS5
  • PSN ID/Gamertag: Tellacast
  • Which modes does this happen in? Online
  • What was the last action you took before the error? (purchased a car, played a race, etc) I was purchasing a car to customize and tried purchasing another. I also get a lot of failed to purchase errors on parts. 
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip.

    Another hotfix came out - nothing changed... What's the point? Already 25 cars in the online game

    What the hell, now I can’t log into the * potato server 8 times in a row, after pressing the * button, it loads, then a black screen - and it crashes from the network and loads into the main menu. 


    FIX the server. Why roll out a hotfix for 8 GB when nothing has been done?

    Well, now I already have 6 cars in story mode, and 17 in online mode. I also can't buy cars

    moth***ker developers, are you going to fix the b***h server? Today I tried 12 times in a row to log into free movement online - I never got in... F***ed up. They also ignore CM

    Now this error appeared when tuning a car or in a race... And where is the problem NOT in the server?
