NFS Unbound and Verizon

I have Verizon 5G Home Internet, with speeds of 300 down and 20 up consistently. Whenever I try to connect to a session in NFS Unbound, it always says Disconnected From Session Error DR1001. Any other game I try to play online works perfectly and does not give me any issues. I believe my speeds should meet the minimum requirement to play online. This only happens with EA games. I have tried UPnP. I have tried port forwarding. Nothing happens. I cannot access the map screen to jump online.
