NFS unbound conection issies

I am having issues with the connectivity of my ea acount on need for speed. It worked fine since the game came out and now all of a sudden I can't access any online features. But all other EA games work fine online. It's just this one. I have spent alot of time and some money on this game. I would hate to see it all go to waste. 

When loading onto the game it says "connecting to EA establishing servers" then it says faild to conect. But if I sighn into my partners acount on the same playstion. The game works fine.

Please help
