Nfs unbound ea account

Whenever i try to go online in nfs unbound, it says i need to be signed into my ea account to acess the online features of this game. This only started happening after a game crash. Ive tried resseting my internet and my console, as well as deleting and reinstalling the game. It always gets to 5/15 before giving me this message, and I don't understand why.
