NFS Unbound Error Code 6 & Error Code 9: "Unable to save file"

All of my cars are loading up without the wraps I designed on them.When I go to re-add the wrap for each car, I get an error saying "Unable to save file.Your progress will not be stored.Please check ...

@metz2147 Another thing you can do is uninstall the game and then reinstall
