Summarize your bug I tried to start the game, and it told me multiple times that my savegame could not be saved. Eventually I managed to get rid of those messages, then the game offered me to start a fresh campaign. All progress seems to be lost.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? it's your software
What happens when the bug occurs? see above
What do you expect to see? I want my previous savegame to be playable

Can we check if the following steps help us get past the error message?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

your b.s solution hasnt helped havent been able to play the game i payed for, for about 6 months now
