NFS Unbound Error Code 6 & Error Code 9: "Unable to save file"

Can we check if the following steps help us get past the error message?

• Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
• EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

how do i recover account being deleted by error code 9?

-использую версию для ПК
- EA ID bugulmacrew
- в сюжетном и многопользовательском
- сообщения всплывают постоянно и не дают нормально играть
-при редактировании автомобиля тоже происходит
- другой информации нет
 пробовал переустановить игру, не помогло
также проверял целостность файлов- тоже не помогло

During my time on nfs unbound, i had created a livery for the 350z and then it shows that "Unable to save file.Your progress will not be stored". 

hello to who may read this i just got need for speed unbound and installed the game  i have i7 cpu  amd 64gb of ram and invida  RTX 2070 OC 8gb of GPU ram if can't get any help with this i'm going have remove  chop off as a loss   the error i'm  getting is error 6 the drive that it installed in  is a 8TB 3.5 hard drive   any help with this would be nice and again  thank you

I just downloaded the game and I have the error code 6 problem even if I didn’t play already 

It's been 2 weeks, no response, my account got deleted by a save error, I tried everything to not get it deleted, and it still gets deleted. I don't have any back up files, I'm on xbox, and I want my save file back or a refund for all the hours I've spent unlock on NG the entire map, and car challenges.

According to the error message, it indicates that customization and wraps cannot be saved, although they are, in fact, equipped. However, there is a possibility that the progress might not be saved (this is unconfirmed on my part).

To resolve this, I restarted the game, and I was surprised to see a message saying, "Save file was corrupted, so it was deleted." In reality, only the corrupted version of the file was deleted, and the previous normal file remains intact.
