NFS Unbound framerate and pops in are worse now on PS5.

OK so after installing the Vol 4 I noticed the game had slightly longer loading times when I was hoping in MP freeroam so I assumed ok this might be normal since there is more stuff but when I press X the world still needed to load up so pops in are more noticeable there, but there is more when I customize my character the clothing would take a longer time to load in which makes it slower to choose what clothes I want and lastly when I customize the car the framerate would majorly drop now which wasn't a issue back in the older updates....I basically deleted the game and just installed the 1.0 from my disc and most of my issues besides MP wasn't there everything was quick and snappy with no pop ins so what the hell happened Criterion.
