NFS Unbound launching to black screen

I have tried the common fixes such as deleting shader cache, running vc installs, running sfc but none of them work. I launch the game and it just shows a black screen, sometimes fullscreen, sometimes windowed. my specs are:

GPU: rtx 3060

CPU: ryzen 7 3800x

RAM: 32gb ddr4
